The purpose of the Readiness Program is to provide at-risk, under-educated, unemployable young men the necessary skills to obtain and sustain gainful employment. During the program, we assess their needs and the barriers that prevent them from achieving self-sufficiency while helping them access resources to address needs.

The program itself is 12-weeks, 25-hours per week and consists of four main elements: 1. Intake and Assessment, 2. Wrap-Around Services, 3. Rebounding Readiness, 4. Job Placement
